I can't confirm 100% that it's not, but have serious doubts. The phone number doesn't work, and I emailed them, with no response about a pending order. It worried me enough that I called to close the credit card. The order didn't go through. Also, there is not a 8735 N Washington st in Wilmington.... The web site, the ordering process, and a few other strange items gave us an un-easy feeling about them...
