If you keep getting a Po410 code You have water in your smog pump. It's located at the bottom of the radiator, passenger side. You can get the pump on e-bay but you'll need the GM # off the old pump. I have a 1998 Mustang Cobra and my secondary AIR pump (smog pump) is located in front of the right front wheel. You might have to loosen/remove the plastic fender well liner to get to it. They are notorious for getting water in the cover that covers the smog pump motor. I'll bet yours is full of water. I have replaced mine twice and it is bad again. I recommend installing a "snorkel" hose to prevent this from happening again.
