As a girlfriend I have found that it may upset your stomach but, gradually the stomach pain will decrease with how regularly you are inducing sperm. So, medically it isn't bad for you. The only downside is maybe an upset stomach for an hour or so. But, I have found that after you swallow, if you drink a glass of water.. It dilutes his cum and isn't as harsh to your belly as it would be without it.
