try using steel seal. you put it in your coolant and it seal the leak if theres exhaust gases in your radiator fluid or if your getting radiator fluid into your piston area. check out steel seal and i swear it will work for you its great!
There is no such note. There are red seals and blue one however, the USTreasurey never issued orange seal notes. If it has an orange seal, it is actually a red seal that has been chemically treated. This is a scam that new collectors are falling prey to. Please search online and see others who warn people of this scam. I was a victim to it. I make it a point to warn everyone.
