They're both bad in GPU power wise. Both computers aren't even meant for gaming. They're mostly for work, not play. They rely heavily on CPU, not GPU power
I'd go for the Dell Xps 8500 if I had to choose. Only because its CPU is really good, it's GPU is complete garbage though, and the HP Envy has nothing going for it.
If you want a prebuilt gaming PC just choose something like Digital Storm, Alienware, or something similar.
better go for dell.
Many Dell computers are not very good at gaming, and the n5010 is within that "not so good" range. If you are looking for a gaming computer, I suggest something that cannot get viruses as easily. Such as a MacBook Pro, AlienWare, or iMac.
A Dell, definitely.
Yes, Dell currently offers different models of gaming computers such as the Ultrasharp Flat Panel Monitor. Along with that, the company manufactures gaming keyboards and speakers and other accessories.
The type of computer depends on what you are planning to use it for. For gaming, it is recommenced that you build your own PC. If it is for work or school, yes Dell is highly rated. Macs are not recommended.
From what I have seen I would say that the best computer for online gaming would be the Dell Inspiron 1720. It doesn't freeze up or have what gamers call "lag."
Dell's gaming line is great for playing computer games, but try to get an SLI or CrossFire setup if you can, which means you'll have two video cards.
Any Alienware and/or Dell XPS 17
The alienware logo represents Dell Alienware gaming laptop. Though you can ask for alienware at your local gaming retailers or google retailers of alienware and it may have a separate site from Dell as well.
Some of the more popular brands are AVADirect Core 2 SLI, FalconNortwest Mach V, and Dell XPS 730 H2C.
My friends all use alien ware but they are quite expensive, I think you can get a dell computer for a better price. Have fun playing games with your sons.
I like apple computers better but it all depends on the type of computer you like.
