The 3DS is safe for your health if you are over 6 years old. However, some people might get dizzy of the 3D when playing for a while (however the 3D does not affect my body personally).

Nintendo 3DS are not bad for your health as long as you take a break every 15 mins but if you follow the instructions you will be fine.

∙ 12y agoThe 3DS in general is okay for all children to play. As a precaution, Nintendo recommends turning 3D visuals off for children under the age of 6. You can use the slider on the right side of the top screen to adjust the 3D depth, or disable it completely in parental controls.
