The only things with a pug delivery is that you need to be on hand to open the sacks and cut the cords as most pugs are unable to do this due to the way they are built. If not the puppies will suffocate in the sacks in a short period of time. Pugs can be a little slower at giving birth than other breeds and don't be surprised if labor goes on for 6 to as much as 12 hours. If you see A LOT of blood that's really bright red, or if you smell something on the bitches breath that smells a bit like paint thinner you need to RUN to your nearest vet clinic. Pugs are not normally given to having a lot of problems while birthing except to need you to open the sacs.
All small breed dogs can have problems during delivery of puppies -- sometimes those problems can cause death of the mother dog. If you are not an experienced breeder, please do NOT breed your Westie!
No
You don't, the English Bulldog standard requires the breed to have small rears and big heads- this inturn makes the delivery of puppies very difficult. The safest thing to do for the mother bulldog and her puppies, is to schedule an appointment with a qualified vetrinarian to perform a c-section when she is due. This is what responsible breeders do to lower the risk of mortality when whelping English Bulldog puppies.
Yes! The father of my dogs puppies tried to eat his own children!

Alot of female dogs will stop eating 3 days before they delivery their puppies.

Depends on how many puppies there are, you should get a radiograph performed at after 45 days of gestation to give you an idea of how many to expect and then take her to the vets after she has delivered to make sure there is nothing left behind. Your vets will also give you a plan of what signs indicate you should contact them is delivery is not going as expected
Standard dog food would be difficult for puppies to eat and digest but it is not 'bad' for them in the sense that it is poison.
Puppies in general are not harmful. They can become aggressive if they have been abused or in difficult situations. If you give them the proper care and training puppies should not be harmful to humans or other species of animals.
Newborn rottweiler puppies are at risk of problems common to most newborn animals, including being taken away from the mother too early, which, if the puppies are not hand-raised, can lead to death. Other problems include birth defects, infection and injury. Newborn puppies must always be kept in a safe environment, as they are born blind.
