Yes the gas price will have fluctuation in the price at the pump. Many people have been convinced that driving for lower prices might not be cost effective. It is very effective in sending a message for the lowering the price at a station to fill only $1-3 worth of gas until you locate a Station with lower prices. It is also more effective as a group to purchase only at the lower prices stations even if your saving are offset by by the driving distance.
