The outer core of the Earth's interior is in excess of 5 000 deg C. This heat is derived from the radioactivity in the Inner Core; but at a lower pressure, the outer core is 'liquid'. It then transfers its heat to the Magma, and to the surface of the Earth.

∙ 9y agoThe inner core is hotter.
The outer core is composed of liquid iron and nickel along with small amounts of lighter elements, with temperatures ranging from 4,000 degrees C to 6,100 degrees C near the boundary with the inner core.
Temperatures of the inner core can reach 5,740 C, and pressures are calculated to be around 3,000,000 units of atmospheric pressure. Despite the high temperature, at these pressures the iron-nickel mixture cannot remain molten.

∙ 14y agoYes. Not as hot as the inner core because the inner core gets hotter every 60 feet deeper you go in. So it is probably half as hot.
Wiki User
∙ 10y agoits about 9800.6 F, 5427 C in the inner core

∙ 14y agoYes the Inner Core is very hot because it consists a lot of lava . Now who wanted to know this answer i answered it for you. God Bless You And America .

hot liquid
The alloy of the outer core of the Earth is extremely hot--between 7,200 and 9,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
Jupiter an outer planet and is commenly known as a gas giant.the planets inside the asteroid belt are called inner planets, while the latter are called gas giants or outer planets. the core of the inner planets had(and still have) a hot core as their(core particles) were hot while forming while the outer planets too had a hot core but not hot enough(during formation) therefore now it is made out of:-rockmetalfrozen liquidsdust, etc
cold liquid
The outer core is hotter then the inner core
The answer is hot liquid
hot liquid
The temperature of the outer core ranges from 4400 °C in the outer regions to 6100 °C near the inner core.
hot liquid
They move the hot and colder parts around.
hot liquid layer
hot solid
because it is hot
the two difference are that the inner core is solid and even though its very hot. the outer core are high temperatures
The inner core is an alloy of iron and nickel, and the outer core is mainly liquid iron and nickel. The liquid layer made up of hot liquid iron and nickel that surrounds the inner core.
"The outer core of the Earth is liquid hot iron"
Both the inner and outer core are made mostly of iron and nickel. The outer core is liquid while the inner core is solid.
