Well. They are carnivores because though they eat ants (they're literally keratin covered ant eaters) and stay consistent with the species of ants, they may choose to consume other insects but they are carnivores.

Panda bears are 99% herbivore. That portion of their diet is mostly bamboo. They are also 1% carnivore. That portion of their diet is usually scavenged small animals. PANDAS ARE OMNIVORES!
