Yes but most computers don't have a reset button
Windows boot manager controls how your computer will restart again. One example is to boot after going to sleep. Another example is to boot after pressing the reset button.
<button type="reset" />
Level of difficulty: Medium To reset/restart a computer: Find start, then find the button that says "Shutdown" next to that button there will be this button "[l>]" click on it and then select the "Restart" function. To Reset computer to brand new: find the installation disk that was used to install the operating system, and insert it into the CD/DVD drive or flash drive that stores the Operating System: press "F12" repeatedly until the boot drive option appears, it will be a list of options that you can select to run the installation, follow the installation wizard, enter the registration key that came with the OS system, and it will overwrite your current OS, and make it appear like first time use. <WARNING: make sure you back up what you want to save before starting this procedure!> Hope this helps, Matthew.

There used to be a reset button on the computer near the power button not all computer's still have it. You can also reset it by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del twice. You press the Cltr + Alt + Del keys simultaneously, or you can press the start buttton and hold it until the system shuts down some sytems have a switch on the power supply on the back of the box or you can simply unplug the computer (this is not recommended except as a last resort)
The fuel reset button is used when the vehicle is in an accident and the fuel pump needs to be shut off.
I stick a paper clip into the hole somewhere on the laptop for an emergency reset when the computer is frozen. The hole positions vary but they seem to be on all the laptops I have used. I also just hold down the start button until it stops Windows and turns off the power. Not a good way to shut down but sometimes needed. Then wait 30 seconds and press the button again to restart.
push your information button on the dash until the fuel used comes up. Then push and hold the reset button next to it. That will reset your fuel used. You can reset just about any reading on your dash this way.

It is used at the beginning of a journey or when the information is no longer required. To achieve this, press th 'RESET' button for a minimum period of five seconds, whenn '0.0' will be displayed.
