No. It can only make the animal suffer. This devise gives off an electrical pulse that these small animals may be able to feel. Read the label on this product before using around the guinea pig.
The Riddex pest repeller produces high-frequency sound waves that are harmless to humans and pets (except rodents), but which are heard by insects and rodents and are supposed to drive them away. This may sound good in theory, but it doesn't work in practice. At best, electronic pest repellers may work for a few hours or days, but they apparently have no long-term effect on pests. Also, many people claim that they can hear a whining and/or buzzing noise made by the repellers. After numerous complaints, the company that produces Riddex agreed with the FTC to not make certain claims as to their product's effectiveness. You can read the agreement on the FTC site: http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2003/07/global.shtm
Riddex Plus is a pest repellent device that emits electromagnetic pulses to deter rodents and insects. While it is primarily designed for pests, there is limited research on its effects on birds specifically. However, it is generally recommended to keep any electronic pest control devices away from pets and wildlife to avoid unintended consequences. If you have birds as pets or in your vicinity, using Riddex Plus with caution is advisable.

Yes Riddex Pro can be dangerous to pets such as cats and dogs. Riddex Pro is used to get rid of insects and roaches.
Yes, ultrasonic pest repellers are generally safe for dogs as they emit high-frequency sound waves that are harmless to pets. However, some dogs may be sensitive to the sound and may become anxious or agitated. It is recommended to monitor your dog's behavior when using an ultrasonic pest repeller and discontinue use if any negative reactions occur.
There is limited information on whether products like Riddex can specifically harm hamsters. However, it is recommended to keep pets away from chemical products to prevent potential health risks. It's best to consult with a veterinarian for the most accurate advice on how to safeguard your hamster's well-being.
They're completely safe for children and most household pets including cats, dogs, fish and birds. Except if your choice of pet is a hamster, gerbil, mink, chinchilla, guinea pig or similar pet. That's what it says on their website. In some ways, rabbits are like hamsters, gerbils, chinchillas -- they're all "small pets"; however, in other ways, rabbits aren't like these animals because they aren't rodents (they're lagomorphs). So, I suggest contacting Riddex to find out for sure whether or not they're safe for rabbits. Contact details are listed on their website (see link below).
Only if you keep a pest as a pet :)

I found this on their website.. "Save thousands of dollars on pest controlJust plug in the Riddex Plus and it immediately starts paying for itself. A single Riddex Plus unit covers an entire level of a typical home, effectively driving away rodents and roaches. Never use harmful chemical sprays or breathe noxious fumes from other pest control products ever again! Safe for use around children, pets, and electronics."A few years ago, I bought some of those types of pest avoidance devices- not Riddex plus, and both cats and one dog could hear them, but didn't seem to be adversely affected by them. I could tell they heard them because they side-stepped away from the outlets I'd plugged them into. Mainly the cats did this, but the dog seemed to take notice also. They did get used to them. I don't think they were harmed in any way by them because they'd go up and sniff at them with interest, not hatred. The product we used was an ultrasonic unit, but to let you know, it didn't work a bit.Sources: http://riddexplus.com/I believe products like this have been proven to be inafective.
some might be if you don't take care of them
