I believe you mean "Oxycodone" which is the generic name for Percocet or Tylox.
My doctors know I am allergic to codeine; but subscribe Oxycodone, which has codeine, but so does percocet. I am waiting for pharmacist to call me know to let me know if it has the same amount. Percocet does not bother my stomach but Oxycodone does.

Percoset (oxycodone) is stronger than lorcet (hydrocodone) so you need to convince him that you need stronger medication. Tell him that you just arent getting the same pain relief as you used to get when you started taking the pills, he will probably either prescribe stronger hydrocodone pills or swith to oxycodone and prescribe Percoset.
