I would not say it is highly ranked. What I can say is that the school has the preferred regional accreditation by the Middles States Association of Colleges and Schools. Therefore, the coursework and degree completed through this institution of higher learning will be recognized by all other colleges and universities as well as employers. Personally, what I find highly ranked about this school is their tuition (annual Fall 2009 $31,264). If you take room and board it's over $11,000. There are many great colleges and universities you can choose from, and they are much less expensive. However, if money is not an issue for you, then fine.

As a current student in one of the top five undergraduate business schools in the country, I know for a fact that you will not regret applying to NYU Stern school of business. Stern is not only a top-ranking undergraduate business school, but also a top-ranking graduate business school. If you would like to get an associates degree in finance, you should definitely apply to Stern because its finance program is comparative to Wharton's finance program. Getting an associates degree in finance from Stern will certainly help you in getting a job as a financial planner.
