There were several false ones written in China a couple years ago. Other than that, no. The author has only written 7 books about Harry Potter. However, she has written some short companion-type books, such as Tales of Beadle the Bard, to which references were made in the 7 main books. I suggest going to barnesandnoble.com and searching "J.K. Rowling." Anything else you find is not canon--it is simply fan fiction. the reason they are the main seven is because there are only seven. therefore this question makes no sense whatsoever
Apart from the 7 main books (Harry Potter 1, ... Harry Potter 7), there are two small books: Quidditch Throughout the Ages; and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. The same author also wrote Tales of Beadle the Bard, but I believe this is a little more "off-topic" to the Harry Potter world. It is still about magic, though.
There may be more books from J.K.R., but they're arn't any about Harry Potter after the deathly hallows

There won't be anymore Harry Potter books but that has nothing to do with the death of Fred Weasley, he isn't the main character and the series can continue without him.
