you have 493 master balls this stands for what pokedex number, toss master balls until you have the pokedex number (toss 492 you get bulbasaur)
The 100 ultra balls stand for level (toss ten and get a lv 90)
if this doesn't work that means your R or L button broken blow on it to fix it
