∙ 12y agoIf it's switched on - yes ! You don't NEED the phone to be GPS enabled to track it - the network can still find it ! Every mobile phone is in constant communication with the three nearest phone masts. The networks can use this information to locate the phone to within a 3 metre square ! Big Brother KNOWS where you are !
