Flasher and fuse
On a 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier, the flasher fuse is located in the fuse panel, which is typically found under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can access it by removing the cover of the fuse box. The flasher fuse itself is usually labeled, and you can refer to the diagram on the fuse box cover or the owner's manual for its specific location. If you need to replace it, ensure the vehicle is turned off and use a fuse puller or pliers for safety.
Check the fusebox, it will be a big looking fuse. This will need to be replaced if the turn signal stops "ticking"
