I looked up the game's data and there was data for every character. There were 4 Mii-files.
Outfit A - male / Outfit A - female / Outfit B - male / Outfit B - female
No sign of C anywhere. I had seen a few videos on YouTube that showed a mii outfit C, apparently it was hacked.
but... we haven't tried hard or long enough
So i think there is.
On Youtube there was also a person who had a cheat book and it had Mii outfit c and it said you have to get 15000 points in versus mode.
search on youtube "how to unlock mii outfit c"

∙ 12y agothere is a mii oufit c people just have not got it yet you need to play vs every time and play it 250 times with 15 pints in every race in every cup when you are finished you will get mii oufit c i think im right i saw it on youtube ?
