There is a St. Jacqueline of Rome. She was (Roman, orphan, hermitess in Greece and Sicily, d. 1220) Her feast day is celebrated on April 1st. When I was a young girl I remembered reading about her but I struggle to find information on her now.

There was also a woman named Jacqueline Pascal. I do not know if she is considered a saint or not, but I do know the Catholic Church reflects on some of her teachings she used as a nun teaching children.
