Not really. "Zillions" is a cute way of saying "a very large but undetermined number".
We have words for thousands, millions, billions, trillions, quadrillions, quintillions, and so on by using the latin prefixes for 2 (bi), 3 (tri), 4 (quad), 5 (quint) and so on, but at some point you want a number that's WAY bigger than any of those. "Zillion" gets the point across, without being specific.

There is no such thing as the number "zillion". It is used only in slang term, as meaning "many". There is no definite number for zillion, because technically there isn't a 'zillion'.
Gazillion One zillion and one. Since "zillion" is a made-up term, you can make up one of your own.
Zillion is a nonsense word that implies many. It is not a number.
There is actually no such thing as a zillion. It is a made up term for a huge number. So, I guess the hypothetical answer could be a bazillion or a gazillion, but these are just figures of speech/slang for incredibly large numbers.
