Franklin Pierce University has a minor in Parapsychology....
Although its best to have a degree in something more practical, since there is really no money to be had int he field since most do not charge for the service.
Psychology, and Physics would be a good place to start.
Since paranormal science is not a money making job, there is very little to no interest for a college to host a major.
However... Some colleges have a parapsychology minor to a psychology major. Franklin Pierce University does, and some colleges who have a "Build Your own Degree" program might.
However the vast majority of people who are in the field do not have specific degrees gearing toward the paranormal.
The best degrees for being a paranormal investigator would be Physics, Psychology, and Philosophy. But any degree is good!
