If you have this problem download anti spyware scan windows movie maker to see if it has any problems if it does delete it and download it again p.s this might not work
he said unfreeze not see if it has a virus and yes there is a way, turn the computer off(i had 10 minutes of video but had to turn off the computer/laptop)
