So far in onepeice none of the main charicters are in any kind of romantic relationship with any of the others, and It doesn't look like it will ever happern. One peice is more of a shojen then a shojo, so there is more fighting and less romance. If you want somthing romantic don't watch onepeice.
Luffy never dates/marries anyone in his crew, and the same goes for all of them. The closest there is to a romance is probably that usopp liked kaya from his home town. But he left her behind to go to sea and has no contact with her.

Boa Handcock is in love with Luffy, it's more of a crush though and Luffy certainly does not reciprocate it.
Lastly, when 'romance' is mentioned in Japanese, it doesn't always mean love. In the intro song 'We Are' for example, is the lyric 'a pocket of romance', it means 'adventure' in that context.

Will Luffy and Nami get together?
Oda, the creator of One Piece had claimed that it is more of a thriller/fighting category in the show and romance would slow it down if there was too much love going on. His concern was that fans would find the show dragging along and not getting to the actual point in the script. I do think it's fair though that they add romance along with the other categories that One Piece has which are comedy, action, thriller, violence, and partially musical. Comedy timing goes very well in the show and that's what makes it enjoyable. If romance was included, from what I think, it would take up more of the time that is used. Many fans want there to be romance in One Piece, especially between Luffy and Nami, as there are many fanfiction stories, pictures of them getting married. That could be a possibility no doubt, but not until the very end when Luffy actually becomes the Pirate King. Luffy and Nami do have a strong bond but for other occassions, Luffy wants to act heroic and act like a captain. It isn't happening at the moment, but Oda did have in mind that probably near the end of the series, Luffy and Nami will get together.
