depends. there are two types of injury to a spinal cord. complete, and incomplete.
a complete injury: where the spinal cord has been severed, even a partial sever is considered complete. where a vertebrae has been crushed and bone fragments have cut into the cord: is also considered complete. prognosis will never walk again
unless Jesus intervenes
incomplete injury: the spinal cord is left intact, it has not been cut or severed. the damage is the spinal cord has been crushed, squeezed, and or stretched, which damages the nerves inside your cord.
prognosis: might walk again of the two injuries this is the better injury.
it's possible that removing the bullet might relieve the pressure on your cord and you would regain your motor skills and bodily functions. then it's also possible for there to be no change.
my knowledge on this is from first hand experience: I'm a t-7 para, my injury was a complete injury. t-7 was crushed and a piece of my right hip bone is fused in it's place.
but I'm trusting Jesus to heal me

The function of eardrums on grasshoppers, as with any other animal, is so they can hear the sounds of things around them. This permits them to find mates and increases their chances of avoiding being eaten by another animal.
it consumes less energy than ordinary bulbs do.thus it conserves electricity and reduces the chances of loadshedding.
Thousands of people have successful orthopedic surgery each year to recover from injuries or to restore lost function.
No it's not always necessary and it depends how long the operation is for. The better health (mind, body and spirit) the person is in the better chances they will have in surgery. To be honest anyone that is about to have surgery wouldn't have that calm a nights sleep unless they were in hospital and the nurse gave them a sleeping pill.
I think so, because the function of both testicles is damaged. I m not a doctor, but this is my opinion.
Cell shapes help accomplish the functions more efficiently and thereby improving chances for survival over evolutionary time.
