I'm afraid in today's culture you are searching for the equivalent to a safe hand grenade... it does not exist That being said... one you do not inhale would be better for you. A cigarillo (small ring gauge cigar) will satisfy the "habit" part of it with a lower nicotine intake. Cigars , as I have stated are NOT a safe alternative and require more knowledge maintenance and money.
Stop worrying about which cigarette has less nicotin or whatever. Any cigarette is harmful. Even assuming that one brand of cigarettes has less nicotine, there are lots of other harmful substances.
