But if you ask me Johnny Thunders had the Ultimate punk guitar set up: He used a 59 Gibson Les Paul Junior in TV yellow with a Fender Deluxe Reverb Blackface amp. No pedals, he just turned all of the knobs all the way up and overdrive on the amp. Awesome punk set up.
