∙ 14y agoYou can prevent them by rubbing cream on those stretch mark developing areas. But once you've past your teens their pretty much hard to rid of. But one remedy I've found which is potentially the best I've tried so far is BIO OIL! (can be found in any major pharmacy) It's really good and just after 2 weeks you can see the difference. Well it miraculously doesn't make them disappear but becomes half as faded as what it was. I mean that's better than nothing! Hope this helps :)

∙ 12y agoHere is a natural way! Apply vitamin-E lotion in the areas required and massage gently. Use a vitamin-E rich aloevera soap for bathing. Stretch marks are caused because the skin loses its elasticity, i.e., its stretching property and the tissue breaks. So see that your food intake has good supplements of vitamin-E!!!
