Their tech support will trouble shoot it and issue an an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). I know for the B250-XT they charge $55.00 plus postage if it is not under warranty. At that rate, you might as well buy a new one.

Yes you can replace the battery in the Blue parott headset. Just remve the two small Phillips head screws and lift off the cover. Then unpug the two wire connector (that is pluged into a circuit board.) to remove the old battery, then do the reverse to install the new battery. Much easier than it sounds.
