I personally cannot taste any chocolate in Kahlua. They do have a Kahlua Mocha product. From Kahlua's own website, the flavor combination is thus:

"It takes four key ingredients to unlock the pleasure of Kahlúa: rich, shade grown Mexican Arabica coffee, exotic vanilla, luscious caramel and pure sugarcane rum. As Kahlúa is tasted, a unique combination of flavors is revealed. First comes intensely rich coffee, then come notes of sweet buttery caramel with hints of vanilla; it's warm, deep and sweetly stimulating, beckoning you to come out and play. "
