Yes- but it is going to be a reboot called "The Amazing Spider-Man". The original series was discontinued in January 2010 due to Sam Raimi no longer wanting to direct because of some conflicts going on at the studio. Tobey Maguire decided he was never going to play Spider-Man again since he made a deal that he would return only if the future film had the same director. So Marc Webb was made the new director and Andrew Garfield was eventually picked to be the new lead.
If you mean the book- then yes. There are 5 books in the whole series and they have all already come out. If you mean the movie- then no. The movie is based on all 5 of the books. They have a another spiderwick book series so as soon as that series is done they might make a movie about that.

The movie was released just after Freddie turned 16 and as much of the scenery appeared autumnal in the movie he was probably around 15 1/2 during filming.

Honey, let me tell you something. The Spiderwick Chronicles may be a fun read and all, but that house with all its magical creatures and adventures? Yeah, it's as real as a unicorn riding a rainbow. So, unless you've got a secret passage to a hidden world tucked away in your closet, I'd say stick to enjoying the fantasy from the comfort of your own reality.
