If you are referring to Heather Brewer's "The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod" then yes, it's called "Twelfth Grade Kills". It also appears to be the last in the series. As it was published in 2010, however "The Slayer Chronicles" also by the author, is part of the Vlad Tod universe if you want something else to read!
