I myself am a huge fan of the hunger games!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it so much, but the chances of my mother sending me to the midnight showing are extemely slim, probably impossible. If you are seriously conflicted about sending your daughter, consider these factors: -Who is she going with? - Has she been out this late before? -Does she have important tests or events at school the next day? -Is it worth it? (Will she be able to stay awake, concentrate, and enjoy it?) If she is going with a large group of friends, talk to some of the other parents.Get there opinion. Maybe they are leaning towards yes or no and can sway your judgement. However, reguardless of their choice, do what you think is right. Talk your reasoning over with your daughter and consider the showing of her choice that Friday night. Try compromising and sending her to the ten o'clock showing. I am almost certain that her friend(s) (as long as they have not gotten their tickets yet) will want to go when she does. Hope this helps!!

Yes, that's why it's the Hunger Games Trilogy.
The last showing is not known yet, but it first came out March 23rd at midnight, and it is rated PG-13. I went to go see it, and it is worth going to. Very intense, and it portrays the book perfectly! It is pretty long.
By the timeline of the second book Catching Fire, the Hunger Games have been going on for 75 years
