The short answer is No. The longer version- Unlike coffee beans which are dried, Wheat still has moisture, which will bog down the burrs. additionally, the burr sizes are not optimized for grain, so even if it does not self destruct you will likely not get a good quality product for baking or cooking....

No. It doesn't. Coffee is the dried, roasted, and finely ground seed of the red coffee berry that grows well on a bush in the shade in mountainous tropical areas. The berry itself is approximately the size and construction of a black olive. Some coffee substitutes use roasted and ground grains such as wheat.
