No, there are no kissing scenes in Tron Legacy. The movie is rated PG and is made by Disney so the most "action" that you are going to see is probably a quick kiss. That is also not in the movie, which is a big disappointment because of the bonding between the two main characters Sam Flynn and Quorra; the audience is just begging for a kiss between the two.
But there still may be hope, maybe in the DVD release there could be a director's cut or deleted scene showing that. This is not a confirmation, but a possibility. Hope this helps.
