Is there more than one fuel filter on a 1999 Tahoe with a 5.7 you are getting longer crank times and was told that there may be another filter besides the in line filter in the frame rail?

chev or gmc uually have inline filter on the inside of the chassis rail about level with the front of the front door.this is usually on the passenger side but just check what side the fuel line runs
