No, personification is when "dead" objects are given life-like qualities, such as making the bread Peeta gave Katniss talk, or just letting it be alive. You know how mockingjays sing songs they heard? I suppose that MAY be counted, but that's it, if that even counts. I don't recall any personification in it, do you? :)
Hope this helps, give me a trust point? Thanks :)

Hunger is in Hunger Games because the tributes starve and get not much food so they are really hungry. Then if they win the Hunger Games, they can have as much food as they want.
The season of the Hunger Games is Fall :)

The first chapter of The Hunger Games just explains what Katniss Everdeen does before the have the Reaping Day "lottery" done. The "lottery" is used to choose who will be tributes at the Hunger Games that year.
There is no official slogan of the Hunger Games, but the most common one used is the quote said by Effie Trinket in the first book which is 'Happy Hunger Games! And may the odds be ever in your favor!'
