Sorry to break it to you, but no there is not an episode 201. The English dubbed version of Sailor Moon ended with season 4, while the last season for the Japanese version was 5, ending with episode 200. :)
Yes. This episode takes place roughly midway through the first season. In the original Japanese, this episode's title translates to "Romance Under the Moon! Usagi's First Kiss" and is the episode where Nephrite attempts to find out if the legendary crystal that Princess Dia (Princess D, or Princess Diamond, depending on your translation and version of canon) has is actually the Silver Crystal that the Dark Kingdom is seeking. He infiltrates the embassy party and takes over Princess Dia using his Shadow, manipulating Naru in the process. Usagi uses her Luna Pen to get into the party, and Tuxedo Mask sneaks in; the two of them end up kissing after Nephrite's Shadow is defeated and Princess Dia is restored to normal.
In the English dub, episode 22 was "The Power of Friendship," wherein Zoycite discovers the next Rainbow Crystal (the orange one) is within a Catholic priest. Serena and Melvin accompany Molly to Yokohama in an effort to cheer her up; only Serena knows that she is despondent because of Nephlite's recent death, and when Molly disappears to the local graveyard, Serena and Melvin chase after her, unaware that the priest she speaks to is actually Zoycite's next target! Tuxedo Mask appears to aid Sailor Moon; he escapes the battle with the orange Rainbow Crystal and discovers his dreams are accurate: he is Tuxedo Mask!
