I think there will be a chance, but probably in late Feb or March. The average coldest month for Ga is Feb. The Farmers Almanac said it was going to be a cold winter and that there is a chance.
Actually, this answer is incorrect; January is the average coldest month in most of Georgia, including Atlanta. December is the second coldest month in Atlanta, and February is only third.
