No there is no reason why circumsicions should be performed on people there are no benefits. Circumcision removes the foreskin of the penis, which protects the sensitive glans (head) of the penis. The exposed glans becomes desensitized over time following circumcision, which decreases pleasure during sexual activity. Both circumcised and uncircumcised penises are easy to keep clean. The head of the penis should be washed in your daily bath or shower with warm water, and dried with a towel or a heatgun to eliminate harmful bacteria.

Circumsized is a lot more hygenic. There are a lot of health risks to being uncircumsized, a lot. You can even give your partner infections. But if you clean it properly, this shouldn't become a worry.

Sex wise? It depends on the person. I'm a female and yes, I do think circumsized ''looks'' nicer, but I don't think it matters for pleasure. You're neither getting more, or getting less.

It isn't healthier. Risk of infections and disease are the same regardless and it removes about 4/5 of the nerves and pleasure receptors of the penis. men that have been circumcised are far more likely to have problems with the penis and sexual dysfunction problems

Circumcision is Not Good Health PolicyA cost-utility analysis, based on published data from multiple observational studies, comparing boys circumcised at birth and those not circumcised was undertaken using the Quality of Well-being Scale, a Markov analysis, the standard reference case, and a societal perspective. Neonatal circumcision increased incremental costs by $828.42 per patient and resulted in an incremental 15.30 well-years lost per 1000 males. If neonatal circumcision was cost-free, pain-free, and had no immediate complications, it was still more costly than not circumcising. Using sensitivity analysis, it was impossible to arrange a scenario that made neonatal circumcision cost-effective. Neonatal circumcision is not good health policy, and support for it as a medical procedure cannot be justified financially or medically. No it is not. It would take very little imagination to realise that the glans of the penis are a very sensitive part of the penis and responsible for much of the pleasure in sex. The foreskin is there to protect this sensitivity. Remove the foreskin and it is constantly exposed to friction on underwear which soon causes the mucous tissue that covers it to thicken , harden and dry out which in turn leads to the penis becoming less sensitive. at to this the fact that the foreskin itself has over 20.000 nerves making it another erogenous center. The foreskin is an important part of the penis it protects it is a source of pleasure and also makes sex more pleasurable for women. The re is no evidence that the foreskin is more likely to become infected or cause infection, aside from thrush which is easily stopped and treated. The idea that one should remove a properly functioning part of the body for any reason is ridiculous.

According to scientific research, those that are circumcised have greater sensitivity in the head of the penis, there is less chance of infection due to sloppy hygiene (no place for crud to accumulate), and surprisingly...less chance for your partner to get uterine cancer! Just something to think about.

There is no such scientific research

When to restore foreskin after circumcision?

You can start at any time you like, the younger the better, Keep in mind however that the restored foreskin will never be the same as the original as a lot of nervous tissue is lost with the original mutilation. Suggest you look up foreskin restoration on the web for further guidance.

What is a long foreskin?

By examination of the word 'long' one would assume the question is referring to a foreskin greater than average. Average foreskin covers the glans of the penis completely when soft. When erect average foreskin typically slides back and exposes some if not all of the glans. If a man has 'long' foreskin, by description alone it suggests that the foreskin is of a greater/longer amount than average. Some men with longer foreskins can have an erection with no exposure of the glans. In other cases the foreskin can be long enough to cover the glans during erection with excess at the tip. Typically the position of the foreskin is dependant upon the elasticity and size of the frenum, which attatches the foreskin to the underside of the glans. The more flexible and abundant the frenum is, the more likely the foreskin is able to slide up and down.

Does fellatio feel better to a circumcised or an uncircumcised penis?

The foreskin works in a number of ways to maximize the sensitivity of the penis and to maximize pleasure during oral sex. * The foreskin functions to protect the sensitive glans (head) of the penis, keeping it moist and protecting it from rubbing against clothing, which can slowly desensitize the glans. * The foreskin itself is also very sensitive and rich with nerve endings, making it very sensitive to stimulation. The inner foreskin and frenulum are the more sensitive parts of the foreskin. *The foreskin works to facilitate a natural sliding motion during sexual intercourse, oral sex, and masturbation. The foreskin slides up and down on the head of the penis, which not only stimulates the foreskin itself, but also provides additional stimulation to the head of the penis. The natural motion of the foreskin also allows masturbation without the use of additional lubrication. While oral sex is certainly pleasurable for both circumcised and uncircumcised men, the uncircumcised penis is fully equipped to receive the maximal stimulation provided by sexual intercourse, oral sex, and masturbation.
