yes i drank it once and i ended up in hospital for 3 weeks as universal indicator contains a poisonous chemical called methanol which is very harmful to the human body as well as any other animals. i now have partial blindness and it caused damage to the insides of my body. i have now realised that it was a very bad thing to do and no one should ever ever EVER drink chemicals from a lab. please take this into consideration when you perform an experiment as i would hate for somones else to have to go through this traumatic ordeal i have experienced.
All chemical substances are harmful in one way or another. Some are fatal, some are just harmful and some are irritant. If any chemical substance gets on your skin wash it off immediately with soap and water. Make sure no chemical substance gets in your mouth or eye as that will be bad!
