By "wearing glasses" I assume that you mean an eye condition such as nearsightedness or farsightedness. Abnormal vision can be caused by multiple genetic as well as enviromental factors. Some genetic factors can increase the perpencity that the eyes will develop a problem. To give a definite "yes" or "no" to your question would be an oversimplification.

It has been estimated that between 50 and 80% of Blindness ( total loss of vision) is preventable. Obviously some occurs from war or terrorist acts ( bomb fragments, broken glass, etc) and accidents which are technically preventable. There are some organic diseases such as some forms of Cancer and Both Syphilis and Gonnorhea can cause total blindness. obviously the milder impairments can be hereditary- but not all. there is always the possibility of accident or weird side effects. It is recessive. If it is dominant you will notice that most descendants of a myopic parent are myopic.

Having large eyes would be more of a recessive gene then it being a dominant gene.

Glasses are either objects that you wear on your head to correct vision, or are objects that you can fill with liquids.

Typically objects are neither dominant or recessive.
