From what I can tell, relaxology is a relaxation technique similar to massage. Unlike massage however, there is not pressure applied or manipulation of tissues. It is a legit technique as it has a certification body called Relaxology Professionals of America. Its new and still on the outside looking-in as far the bodywork industry is concerned. I was curious why the question was asked in the mental health section. But as i researched, they focus on mental relaxation more so than physical if that makes sense.
