All WinCo stores are open for limited hours on Thanksgiving, usually closing around 3pm. However, each store will place a poster near the entrance to explain that specific store's holiday schedule at least a week or two before the holiday (both Thanksgiving and Christmas).
WinCo will close Christmas Eve, I believe around 6pm and be closed all Christmas Day. They will reopen the 26th at 7 am. You can check WinCo's twitter or facebook page for more info, but the stores will also have posters near the entrance telling of future holiday hours a couple weeks before Christmas.
