people say stay away from it and the about wine and gambling from this is quote from the koran it self.

"They will ask you about wine and gambling. Say, 'There is great sin in both of them and also certain benefits for mankind. But the sin in them is greater than the benefit.'" (Surat al-Baqarah: 219)

after all no one can judgey ou , only god can judge if you live a good life and do good deeds, drinking will be the least of your problems.

I believe there are some non alcoholic wines available which are suitable for Muslims as the alcohol content has been removed (www.mallinazero.com)

Most non alcoholic wine is not completely free alcohol. It still contains some percentage of alcohol.

After doing extensive research there appears to be many definitions for non alcoholic, as an amount of alcohol still remains in the drink ( less than 0.05%). However, I suspect most Muslims are not aware that there is this much alcohol in Orange Juice!! and now that they are aware will it stop them from drinking OJ?

I found a non alcoholic champgne style drink which is suitable for Muslims called mallinazero which has 0.0% alcohol - which compared to OJ is infact bettr to drink :-)

Any alcohol or intoxicant is forbidden and is not allowed in Islam.
