The wine will not decrease the effectiveness of amoxycillin. There may be other reasons not to drink alcohol while you are sick (such as hydration), but it would not be from the perspective of the drug itself.
I'm on amoxicillin right now and my pharmacist told me not to drink alcohol because it can cause liver failure (I don't know how much you'd have to drink, or how severe the symptoms would be--if it would make you feel sick or not).

It's just as harmful to children as any other wine.

I don't know the medical answer to this, but I've found I can have a glass of red wine with no issues, but white wine will leave me feeling nauseous the next morning. Prior to strating on Nexium I had no issues with white wine.

Alcohol and setraline should not be mixed under any circumstances.
The official answer from most doctors is no drinking while taking Lexapro. However, my doctor said an occasional drink will be ok.
