Yes It does For sure!
Silver argenté is apparently a french term for something that is silver plated.
In most cases (99% of the time) Rogers is not real.
Could be. But it should say sterling or .925 if it is high quality silver.
In the US, "real" silver would be marked 925 or higher, like 950 or 999. Any number lower than this is not considered "real" silver in the US.
No, Tiffany only uses .925 or Sterling Silver. If an item is marked 926, it is not real Tiffany!
What the the numbers 540 means on the a necklace? Is it's real silver
When jewelry is marked 715, it means that 715% out of 1000 is pure silver or the metal that you are buying.
925 represents the amount of silver in the ring - which is consider almost pure silver.silver is soft so alloys are added to harden it and that .75=100% - .75 alloy for strength = .925 pure silver the highest it can be marked.=
Yes it means that is is real. FAS means "fused alloy silver" I had a strand that I thought was costume, so i took it to a jewler. I thought it said '"f.a.g"', which I thought really odd. It turns out the strand was 925 sterling silver that had actual diamonds and was worth 600 to $800(U.S.)!
One way to make sure your gold or silver jewelry is real is to place it in a bowl of water. If the jewelry sinks, it is real. If it floats, it is most likely fake. Real silver and gold will not react when placed near a magnet.
