Yes you body is always making new cells by methods of mitosis or meiosis. The dividing of cells. Each cell (excluding cancer and stem cells) have a hayflick limit which states the amount of times that the cell can divide (:
Hope i helped
A layer of new cells is always better than a layer of old and dead cells. If your skin is dead then it wont be protecting you, instead it will spread the necrosis to your inside body parts and ultimately you'll either scar a lot or die. Nothing dead is every helpful to the body (hence why dead cells are always "recycled" and then flushed out of the body).

Mitosis
Yes, there is not an infinite supply of blood in your body. It's just the same blood being recycled by your heart. When your blood goes around your body, it's deprived of oxygen, so your heart kind of "freshens" the blood cells when they return to the heart. That's why people sometimes die from loss of blood.
New cells are created by cell division.
As you grow, the number of cells in your body increases. Your body is also always replacing cells. Cells are always dying and new cells are always being made.
Illnesses where the body has trouble making new blood cells
More. i.e. bone marrow ... making red cells.
Cell division is the process used for making new cells in our body. During cell division, a parent cell divides into two daughter cells, each containing a full set of genetic material. This process is essential for growth, repair, and maintenance of the body's tissues.

According to a healthy lifestyle book that I just read recently, it is in theory (not proven yet) that they last for approximentally 4 months. Your body is always making new blood cells, so there is no need to worry if you have a healthy & active lifestyle.

new cells
Cell division forms multiple cells, which of course forms your body. So cell division is the making of new cells. Hope it helps a lot! :)
