Jesus has no special way in teaching His message...He used several ways but the most popular way was by giving "paraboles" or examples to people to understand and the reason for this was that the people were too young in spirituality to understand everything by Jesus so He used the way of examples to explain for them everything that couldn't understand but for the disciples He always used the direct way as they can understand Him easier because they were too close to Him...like when you talk about a tree,for example,to a baby: you tell him,it is something tall with green leaves and sometimes carries fruits but for someone older you speak to him directly about the tree because he/she knows it.Another way that was used by Jesus is according to the surrounding place,whether it is a mountain or a lake and according to this surrounding place,he started to say stories.Jesus was also a charismatic person with very beautiful features as it was mentionned about Him in The Bible...
