What is the job responsibility of a teacher?

A teacher is a licensed professional educator who is responsible for teaching the school's curriculum to his or her students. The curriculum may be provided by the state department of education. In addition the teacher has to monitor students in the hall ways, lunchroom, and assist with bus drills, school safety drills and actual events.

To teach kids different skills they will need later in life. Teachers also put fun projects and presentaions and things like that so the work isn't all just..well,work! But they also stick to the curriculum which is the material that your state's education system gives to teachers to make sure they cover that area.
